From initial schematic design to construction administration, Endrestudio provided design services for two buildings and associated site improvements for this commercial condominium complex. The project involved seismically upgrading and subdividing an existing 25,200 square foot masonry warehouse into ten for sale light industrial spaces as well as the design of a new 3,600 square foot four-unit office building. The wood framed, metal clad office building was designed to meet tight budget requirements while providing an elegant, modern and inspiring work environment for future tenants.
