Can noise produce positive movement? A series of stainless steel frames with embedded LED's weave under a rail bridge in DC's NOMA neighborhood in this permanent installation. The artwork listens to its environment, converting the aurual environment into a shifting path of light to connect two divided nieghborhoods.
